Your opportunity
You will be part of the Kering Technologies Digital Workplace team, and your main responsibility will be to manage the applications portfolio related to Community Engagement, meaning all collaborative tools that support the engagement of employees within the company (social media app, other communications tools) as well as specific AI solutions supporting the digital workplace.
You will act as a key point of contact for Kering and the Houses, providing technical expertise, end-user support, and guidance to maximize adoption and value from these platforms.
You will also collaborate closely with business teams, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to support existing community engagement solutions, deliver solutions, and ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities for the tools of your perimeter.
How you will contribute
- Follow the projects end-to-end (business needs collection, planning, build, training, roll-out, change, end user support), including interactions with other departments (Privacy, Architecture and Security teams, PMOs, Identity Management, etc.).
- Manage Kering Corporate and Brands requests regarding the current engagement tools.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement specific technical projects and manage vendor partnership.
- Develop best practices to gather knowledge about the tools and upskilling.
- Anticipate the Community Engagement demands and recommend opportunities given by the current engagement tools (new integrations ideas, etc.), optimize the regular use of engagement tools (continuous testing, etc.).
- Assure support and guidance about the tools to all Kering teams (continuous training, end user technical support).
- Monitor insights of the perimeter’s applications (adoption, engagement, etc.).
- Manage all other applications and services under your perimeter (coordination of evolutions, updates, etc.)..
- Ensure all of these applications are properly documented.
- Lead the delivery of AI-powered solutions within the digital workplace, including governance, documentation, user support.
Who you are
- An experienced professional with at least 1 year of Information Systems experience in large, complex and international companies (preferably fashion & luxury)
- Knowledge and experience of social media tools and AI solutions within the digital workplace, especially Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of Workday, Active Directory tools and other Communication applications is a plus
- Knowledgeable about collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Service Now
- Knowledgeable about IT environment and working with developers
- A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude
- An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to negotiate and influence
- A graduate in IT/Digital area
- Fluent in French and English. Italian knowledge as a plus
