KERING Learning & Development Assistant (alternance)

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) apprenti(e) Learning & Development pour intégrer l’équipe Global Corporate Learning et Development.

Votre opportunité

Intégré(e) au sein du département learning, vous travaillerez en toute proximité du Learning Partner et des équipes Talent & Development basées à Paris et à Milan (Italie).

Comment vous allez contribuer

Gestion et déploiement de programmes de formation soft skill EMAE : planification des sessions, inscription, convocation/information des salariés, suivi administratif et budgétaire, gestion logistique des salles

Travailler avec les équipes L&D Groupe sur l’intégration des contenus dans Workday 

Suivi et mise en place de parcours de formation E-Learning sur la plateforme digitale Kering Learning  : sourcing des contenus et ressources digitales, co-construction de parcours avec les référents internes, suivi des taux de complétude & analyse des KPIS 

Gestion de la communication : mailing, webinairs, publications ( Viva Engage) ….

Création et suivi des KPI grâce à l’élaboration des dashboard Power BI et outils de pilotage 

Participation au déploiement de la Tech& Digital Academy : la logistique et le suivi administratif des parcours de formation.

Vous serez également associé(e) aux différentes activités du service :

La participation aux réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires,

La participation aux réunions avec la communauté WW Talent & Learning.

Qui êtes-vous

Issu(e) d’une formation niveau Bac +5 type Grande Ecole de Commerce ou Université, spécialité en Ressources Humaines, vous bénéficiez d’une 1ère Expérience dans la gestion de projet RH.

Vous êtes capable de communiquer et travailler de façon transverse avec plusieurs interlocuteurs en France comme à l’International,

Grande rigueur et sens de l’organisation/ gestion évènementielle.

Très bon niveau d’anglais, écrit et oral. La connaissance de l’italien est un plus.

Maîtrise du pack office (PPT, Excel, Form, Teams).

Début de l’apprentissage : Septembre 2025 pour 1 année.

We are currently looking for a Learning & Development apprentice to join our Global Corporate Learning and Development team.

Your opportunity

As a member of the Learning Department, you will work closely with the Learning Partner and the Talent & Development teams based in Paris and Milan (Italy). 

How will you contribute

Management and deployment of soft skill EMAE training: planning of sessions, registration, communication to employees, administrative & budget follow-up, and roll-out management 

Implementation and monitoring of E-Learning training courses on the Kering Learning digital platform: sourcing of content and digital resources, co-construction of courses with internal referents, monitoring of completion rates & analysis of KPIS.

Work with the L&D Group teams on the integration of content into Workday 

Communications management: mailings, webinars, publications (Viva Engage) ....

Creation and monitoring of KPIs through the development of Dashboard Power BI and Management Tools 

Participation in the deployment of the Tech& Digital Academy: logistics and administrative follow-up of training courses.

You will also be associated with the various activities of the department:

Participation in weekly team meetings,

Participation in meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.

Who you are

Training level Bac +5 type Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specialty in Human Resources, you have a 1st experience in HR project management.

You are able to work and communicate in a transversal way with several stakeholders in France and at the international level.

Great rigor and sense of organization/event management.

Excellent level of English, written and oral. Italian language practice could be a plus.

Mastery of the office pack (PPT, Excel, Form, Teams)

This apprenticeship will start in September 2025 and last 1 year.
