How you will contribute
- Work closely with the local Sales Team and the Mktg team in HQ for defining and implementing an annual Trade Marketing Activity Calendar for each client, in line with Brand and corporate guidelines
- Oversee the accurate and timely execution of all Trade Marketing projects within the assigned area, supervising in-store activities through in-person visits, including point-of-sale materials and promotions.
- Implement tailor made in-stores customizations according to HQ VM guidelines, monitoring the production with the Mktg team in HQ
- Monitor BTL/Trade MKTG budget and spending, asking approval to the upper Manager for each investment
- Provide in-person support for the execution of local team training programs.
- Assist with on-site organization of sales events, coordinating with suppliers and handling all logistics and organizational aspects
- Attend relevant local Customers Meetings and local Buying Days working closely with the Sales Team.
- Prepare weekly reports for store check visibility. Monitor ROI per activity and provide recommendation
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor and analyze competitors' trends and visibility initiatives, preparing detailed reports for the direct manager.
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Willingness to travel
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
