We are currently seeking a Junior Marketing Controller as part of our dynamic Marketing team in Milan.
You will support the manager both in strategic projects and day to day operations. The role will act as a financial liaison between the marketing department and the finance team, providing financial analysis and decision support to ensure the efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the marketing department operates within budget and contributes to the overall financial success of the organization contributing to building, optimizing, and automating data management and tracking processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing team engagement and experience.

Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Junior Controller, Financial Analyst, etc.), with specific experience in financial integrations and/or ERP systems.
Experience in P&L management, along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
Experience with SAP
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills
Result-oriented, problem-solving skills
