We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, vivacious, and passionate Talent Acquisition Intern who will report to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA. You will be based in our headquarters in the heart of Milan.
Your opportunity
This will be the perfect opportunity for you to explore an HR experience in the luxury setting. You will be a part of the Kering Corporate Talent Acquisition EMEA Centre of Expertise, exposed to recruiting processes and activities related to sourcing young graduates. You will be involved in the relationships with candidates, supporting senior recruiters to keep the process efficient and inclusive, guaranteeing an excellent candidate experience.
As the Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be committed to the full recruitment lifecycle – shadowing and learning from Recruiters, HRBPs and Line Managers.
This will be a great opportunity to learn the different stages of a recruitment process: identifying and sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing and supporting other ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects, in a challenging and multicultural environment.

How you will contribute
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting graduates
- Source a diverse pool of candidates using keyword and boolean searches, networking, - creating and nurturing quality graduate candidate pools
- Schedule candidate screenings, digital interviews and participate in the interviews while ensuring an engaging candidate experience
- Partner with Sourcing Specialist on hard to fill and/or high-volume roles and provide slate of candidate
- Update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth application and recruitment process
- Support in producing reports on recruiting KPIs
Who you are
- An excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills, when working within a team and with clients
- Highly organized with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Passionate about people, interested in Human Resources and eager to learn about Talent Acquisition
- Proactive, curious, cooperative, with a team player attitude
- Organized in your daily activities driven by a “never give up” approach
- Able to strictly adhere to confidentiality, discretion, and high ethical standards
- A bachelors/masters graduate in business/human resources/other related field
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with a strong command of Excel
