Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Junior Area Manager to join our expanding European team and cover the current Junior Area Manager’s maternity leave. Reporting to the Area Manager Europe &Africa the Junior Area Manager will be responsible for supporting the management and growth of our brand's presence within a designated area of Europe. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and brand management within the dynamic and exciting world of cosmetics. You will work closely with our distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales, build brand awareness, and ensure consistent brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Distribution Support:
- Assist the Area Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Support existing distributors and retailers with product knowledge, training, and promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth within the assigned region.
- Coordinate and track promotional activities and events to maximize brand visibility and drive sales.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new retail partners.
- Marketing & Brand Management:
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the region.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and visual merchandising standards across all retail locations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather market feedback and consumer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation and localization of marketing materials for the European market.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from regional partners.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and represent the brand.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and sales forecasts.
