As Consumer Campaigns Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Gucci’s consumer engagement strategy within a key strategic market. With a global scope and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative, personalized, and performance-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels. Your mission is to amplify brand messages, drive customer engagement and sales, and ensure cultural relevance through localized, data-informed, and insight-led activations. Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and elevate Gucci’s contact and content strategy through engaging, market-relevant campaigns, with the dual objective of amplifying key brand messages and driving customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure end-to-end campaign orchestration, from briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional and global teams, ensuring campaign consistency and local relevance while preserving brand integrity.
- Drive personalization at scale across multiple communication channels tailored to the specific market (email, SMS, MMS, WeChat, LINE, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, Client Services, Client Engagement, regional teams, and other channel stakeholders to ensure campaign integration and alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in CRM, personalization, and digital communication by continuously monitoring the competitive landscape, in order to evolve Gucci’s campaign approach through innovation and strategic foresight.
- Leverage data and client segmentation to inform campaign strategy, maximize relevance and impact, and implement A/B testing to continuously optimize client engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead campaign activities with a performance-driven mindset, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant digital or campaign management experience within fashion or related industries.
- Proficient in managing and interpreting analytics data and using insights to inform decisions
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- A creative yet analytical mindset, blending storytelling with data-driven precision
- Ability to balance global brand consistency with local cultural sensitivity
- Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury consumer behavior
- Passionate about exceeding corporate goals, driving business results and going the extra mile in the daily work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends
- Customer centric mindset
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar campaign management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.) is a plus.
