    We’re currently seeking an internship in Client Development and insights who will report to the WW Go to Market and Client Engagement Senior Manager as part of our dynamic team in Sesto Fiorentino

    Your opportunity

    As a Client Development and Insights Intern, you will support the Omnichannel team to enhance our client engagement strategy and contribute to revenue growth. You will gain hands on experience in client profiling, in analyzing customer data, measuring campaign performance, and developing actionable insights to drive loyalty and engagement. You will also be involved in the client experience in store and during Factory visits. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a luxury heritage brand through data-driven decision-making.

    How you will contribute

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the analysis of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all touchpoints.
    • Assist in customer segmentation and profiling using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data. Prepare monthly dashboards to monitor main client KPIs.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
    • Contribute in developing tools and client engagement content to develop the in store client experience.
    • Support the senior manager with the implementation of in-store event formats, factory visits and client experiences in and around Florence.  

    Who you are

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in luxury retail, customer experience, and brand loyalty as well as luxury goods, design or home décor.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
    • Fluent in English and ideally in Italian.
