At Bottega Veneta, we have a pivotal vacancy suited for a well-versed professional responsible for developing our global strategic plan related to People Engagement, Internal Communication, and I&D. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, People Engagement, Internal Communication, and Employer Branding, he/she will be based at our Milan headquarters within the HR Global Team, as part of the Center of Excellence, and will collaborate constantly with various internal stakeholders and Kering Group peers.
How will you contribute?
- Coordinate the People Engagement roadmap in line with the defined global People Experience strategy, monitor the budget, and support the curation of a series of meaningful experiences at HQ that reflect the brand’s vision and values, while collecting and coordinating local and global cultural and arts events.
- Coordinate the new onboarding journey format, boost and monitor the harmonisation globally and run the sessions for corporate in Milan HQ.
- Oversee the Kering Employee Annual Survey campaigns, analysis, reports and monitor the Action Plans.
- Manage our employee social responsibility volunteering program, GIVING BACK, and its platform, including scouting and onboarding partner associations, promoting the program, tracking participation and engagement, coordinating across regions, and collecting initiatives.
- Coordinate the fluidity of internal communications related to the brand and key moments through our group internal digital platform.
- Collaborate with Image and Marketing teams to promote and monitor our Bottega Veneta Community on our network platforms (bottegaveneta.com and LinkedIn)
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with existing collaborators (business schools, universities, and student associations) in coordination with the Kering Group.
- Coordinate and collaborate with our 30+ Inclusion & Diversity Committee Members across all regions, support the implementation of HQ-curated I&D annual events, and ensure alignment with Kering Group initiatives.
Requirements
- 3/5 years’ experience in Internal Communications and People Engagement.
- Committed to excellence
- Strong project management and events management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders at all levels and different cultures
- Great interpersonal skills: listening, networking, team working.
- Cultural and art savviness
- Proficiency in using communication tools (es Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics platforms).
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in English, Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Office programs (World, Excel and Power point)
