How you will contribute
- Oversee part of the Flou collection development within the Flou Product Development team.
- Follow up with every attributed style, coding all models, compiling the bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.
- Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
- Collect information about changes, improvements during fittings and ensure to update technical sheets in PLM.
- Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following our company quality standards.
- Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).
- Be responsible of the correct handover to production of the garments.
- Research special workmanships, embroideries and finishing when required.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Flou.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Effective in managing relationships with Design and Merchandising teams.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
