MISSION
Act as one of the zone leadership team member, make strategy to drive the business.
Perform the Retail network development, retail excellence, and full Category purchases, ensure the follow up of the performance per store, collection, product range and roll out sales initiatives, support the Store Management regarding the performance and train the sales teams.
Manage all retail activities, such as, operations, clienteling, KPIs, sell-though, network development, and people management to bring Saint Laurent Japan business to the top league level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising
Manage and control merchandising budgets and cost.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting of sales result with store performance with product activity
Construct the product mix and buying KPI during the showroom sales according to Image and Core Offer recommendations.
Elaborate the planning for new collections’ launches in stores on the basis of deliveries and of the seasonality of the different markets.
Train the sales teams on investments, stock issues and Image strategies by way of the information packages and presentations in stores.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports per collection, per store, per product range and analyze resale rates.
Propose and roll out sales initiatives to enhance the performance by cooperating with several departments: Retail, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Press/Image…
Communicate with the product managers on performance feedbacks in seasons, produce a report about the performance by product typology, functions/uses, price VS market/customers/brands at the end of the season.
Manage the logistics and Outlet business by being reported by the person in charge.
Management of merchandising staff, including coaching, feedback and advise individual’s development plan.

Responsible Saint Laurent Japan retail channel sales
Oversees all retail actions to boost the sales
Deploy retail excellence culture at all stores
Supervise the network development
Evaluate market opportunities and assure the project Management of New Stores Opening/ Renewal/ Relocations
Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally
Luxury business to develop customers’ loyalty (especially with VIC Clients)
Ensure the deployment of all the HQs guidelines, rules, processes
Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR
Challenge current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness with a continuous improvement approach
Analyze sales figures at now and future, also the market trend and competitors.
Develop retail management teams by coaching, feedback, and advise.
