Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.
Speciality Description - Client Advisor:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.
Your opportunity
This role is responsible to provide best service to the customers and achieved sales target.
How you will contribute
- Provide best service to customers and introduce the brand
- Achieve sales target
- Improve customers’ reorganization and satisfaction of brand
- Daily check sales amount and stock and ensure its accurate
- Follow company’s policy strictly
- Ensure products’ safety and avoid be stolen and other loss
- Finish the task aligned by line manager in time
