KERING EYEWEAR Retail Excellence Optical Trainer SEA&India

We are currently seeking a Retail Excellence Optical Trainer SEA&India as part of our dynamic Retail Excellence & Training Team.

How you will contribute

• Implement technical training programs for all the different targets in scope (Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs) in the assigned area
• Execute training programs through different types of formats (training events, classroom training, online trainings, etc.)
• Being able to collaborate with various sales channels and different kind of clients to offer the most effective training action
• Ensure local customization of the training materials provided by HQ according to the specific market’s needs
• Being the referent for the implementation of new training projects in the market
• Provide support during local Sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections’ presentation
• Being able to analyze the most important KPIs to measure training relevance and effectiveness
• Control and monitor the travel budget to ensure most cost effectiveness
• Be curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and methodologies

Who you are

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Optics and Optometry and previous experiences in Optical Industry as a must
• Proficiency in English is essential for the role  (minimum C1 level required)
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, like digital training platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
• Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork
• Strong team player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training
• Open to travel 60% of time in SEA Region and India
