We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador who will support Northern Taiwan (North of Taichung) report to the Sales Manager as part of our dynamic Sales Team in Taiwan.
How you will contribute
Client Portfolio Coverage
- Define work plan based on “sales cycle” priorities and activities.
- Guarantee an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store cluster.
Client Relationship
- Build constructive relationships with Merchandise Manager, Store Manager and dedicated associates
- Act as Brands’ point of reference for client’s feedbacks and needs.
Brand Performance
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
- Sell in and sell out
- Support the launch of each collection release.
- Guarantee and monitor the brand penetration in the stores.
- Ensure adequate level of assortment and stock in the points of sales.
- Optimize and monitor product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
In Store
- Manage and optimize brand presence by negotiating and increasing in store brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with Brands’ Merchandising guidelines & standards in the stores.
- Maintain Image of Brands at Retail complying with guidelines to protect Brand Equity.
Training
- Ensure implementation of training activities for the Trade regarding products, brand and trade marketing.
Reporting
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of visits, gathering customer’s feedback on products and brands.
- Analyze and report information on competitors’ activities (brands/products/visibility/events).
- Analyze best and worst sellers (i.e. the best selling price points, colors or styles).

- 確保店內遵循品牌的陳列指導方針和標準。
- 依照公司規範維護品牌在零售的形象,以保護品牌價值。
培訓
- 確保對業務進行產品、品牌和貿易營銷的培訓活動的實施。
報告
- 及時準確地提供拜訪報告,收集客戶對產品和品牌的反饋。
- 分析並報告競爭對手的活動(品牌/產品/可見性/事件)。
- 分析最暢銷和最不暢銷的產品(例如最佳銷售價格點、顏色或款式)。
Who you are
- Requirements
- University Degree
- Min 2 years of experience in sales on-the-field
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments; experience in the optical industry is a plus.
- Solid background in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising
- Available to travel
- Computer literate (Microsoft suite)
- Fair level of English, and local language
- Skills

- Ideal Candidate
- At least 2-year sales experience
- Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication
- Proven experience in planning, executing and delivery of Sales strategies and expense
- Experience in managing a team.
- Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
- Good team work & communication skill
- Fair level of English, and local language
