    Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Wholesale: Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partners distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners, manages orders and delivery process. Provides training on brands and product characteristics.

    We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador who will report to an Area Sales Manager in Kering Eyewear China

    How you will contribute

    主要工作职责:

    销售管理

    > 同频公司销售策略,理解不同品牌的生意重点

    > 按照”销售周期”的优先顺序和活动制作工作计划

    > 确保销售目标的达成.

    客户管理

    > 与客户负责人建立建设性合作关系,作为客户提出反馈信息和需求的品牌联络负责人.

    > 协助支持每季新品的发布,保证并监督在客户端的品牌渗透力.

    > 遵守选择性分销准则,优化并监督不同品牌在客户端的分销拓展.

    > 确保客户按时回款,保证双方生意合作顺畅.

    门店管理

    > 保证有效地门店拜访计划,完成按每门店拜访频率的关键绩效指标考核

    > 通过谈判并提升品牌在店铺的曝光率,管理和优化品牌形象.

    > 确保门店遵守品牌陈列指引及标准,维护在零售的品牌形象.

    > 确保每个门店的产品陈列及库存充足.

    > 确保针对产品,品牌及贸易营销培训活动的实施.

    数据分析

    > 及时并准确提供客户/门店拜访报告,收集整理客户针对产品和品牌的反馈信息.

    > 分析畅销款和滞销款动销逻辑和原因,制定优化方案.

    > 完成内部会议所需要的生意回顾和生意计划.

    我们希望的候选人具备:

    Who you are

    > 教育:本科学历及以上

    > 经验:具有时尚/奢侈品,化妆品,快速消费品销售经验背景; 有B端客户管理经验优先

    > IT技能:电脑操作经验(Microsoft套件)

    > 语言:具备基本英语能力

    > 技能:优秀的沟通能力;较强的目标完成导向能力;善于分析的态度 &学习能力

    > 其他:能够接受经常在外出差以及良好的团队合作能力
