    KERING EYEWEAR Assistant Product Marketing Manager

    We are currently seeking a Assistant Product Marketing Manager who will report to a Product Marketing Manager in Kering Eyewear China.

    Your opportunity
    The potential candidate will be capable of hands on 360 degree problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

    How you will contribute
    Responsible for 5-6 luxury brands’ Eyewear business from Product Development, Product Assortment & Product Marketing aspects. Drive force of 360-degree coordination of product, communication, visual merchandising, and commercial business planning. 

    1/ Product Development:
    Seasonal Product mainly daily communication with APAC and HQ, including regularly suggestions and feedback on seasonal new release of different brands.
    Leading special product development projects, such as Exclusive models’ development for EC/ KA or special capsule collections etc , keep frequently contact with product team / sales team and selective key accounts’ clients for optimization, manage the project schedule and prepare proposal to HQ

    2/ Product Assortment & Sample Management 
    B2B for buying events/ Roadshows when needed
    Making different assortments for multi brands based on product promotion and sales event request / HQ request
    Showroom and sample daily management

    3/ PR Sample Management
    Daily PR seeding with fashion house/ PR agency; Product recommendation for different shooting purpose;
    Exposure visuals collection and PR brochure management for event
    Monthly report of all PR exposure & pictures
    PR sample Ordering, stock management and seeding & lending record tracking.

    4/ Product Marketing & Communication 
    Product launch plan, product positioning, and key story lines, finding and confirming the main product story line with confirmed models for product communication, writing the product story and content as tools for online and offline’ s promotion
    Seasonal product promotion communication via WeChat domain / video Channels, including product choosing and content editing.
    Prepare Selling tools for online/offline channels, such as leaflets, brochure & PDP

    5/ Competitor and research
    Market visit and product feedback communication with clients regularly
    Market & Competitors study & sharing

    6/ 360 degree project coordination
    Start from product strategy, 360 degree coordinate different functions to boost a complete product GTM project including product/communication/visual merchandising/trade marketing/commercial teams

    Who you are
    -    Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill 
    -    At least 3-5 years of working experience, of which 2 -3 years of product experience. Eyewear & Cosmetic & Outdoor backgrounds are plus.
    -    Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
    -    Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.
    -    Good at Microsoft package skills including Excel, Word and Power Point.
    -    Strong communication skills.
    -    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    -    A positive attitude to dealing with people.
    -    Capable of working independently
    -    Travel time would be 10% at the peak
