KERING Assistant Finance Manager

Your opportunity

This position is in the shared services team and support day to day reporting and analysis for Finance Controlling (FP&A) functions for multiple retail brands in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

How you will contribute

• Manage, develop and strengthen the team to work closely with brands and provide financial controlling and consulting services.
• Liaise with accounting team to ensure financial data integrity, compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Review accounting records prepared by the accounting team.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analysis.
• Prepare budgeting and forecast for several brands.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items and evaluate their effect on operations.
• Act as business partner to work closely with brands and operations.
• Ability to assess and implement process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Who you are

• Able to handle multi-tasks with different stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Strong Business sense.
• Solid in analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skill, well organized with can-do attitude.
• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ solid FP&A experience in MNC/retail/FMCG industry with supervisory experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
