Job Family Description -M&A / Business Development:
Develops and grows our strategic and business development activities as well as revenue from new and existing market segments and channels.
How you will contribute
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Strategize expansion initiatives, directing and conducting thorough research through various channels of information
- Evaluate existing business and market development to identify areas of opportunity and expansion for existing store network
- Ensure National brand image consistency (VM, price, discount, external staff training)
- Maintain good relationship with existing partners and engage them into promoting Qeelin
- Manage the leasing agreement negotiation process to minimize the potential issues in future operation; Optimize and protect the company’s interest
SALES AND INVENTORY PLANNING:
- Plan sales across different markets to reach monthly and yearly sales target
- Sufficiently and effectively drive new store development and existing store management to meet with the Qeelin business growth
SALES CHANNELS MANAGEMENT:
- Coordinate with Retail/Wholesale for store operations and sales planning
- Store opening and staff recruitment in collaboration with HR department
- Optimize the resources and make the best practice through the strategic negotiation with landlords
STRATEGY PLANNING:
- Assist Greater China Managing Director on corporate business planning
- Assist Greater China Managing Director on adhoc strategic projects
