Duties and responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for providing video chat service to online clients, conducting video room daily operation, efficiently deal with clients’ enquires to meet clients’ expectations
- Complete Video chat appointments, follow up with clients for further communication
- Achieve key KPIs, such as abandon rate, satisfaction rate, individual and team video chat sales targets etc.
- Able to complete 1 to N live-streaming independently, including script preparations and other coordination.
- Outreach clients through CRM phones to promote Video chat service, as well as conducting clienteling activities
- Take mix&match photos and make styling suggestion for clients and client advisors
- Take responsibility for video room stock safety, including but not limited to daily stock take, product status check, VM maintain etc.
- Build long relationship with clients, enhance clients’ loyalty and foster VIGs
- Sorting relevant information and filling dedicated reports
- Work closely with service team to ensure video chat service to operate smoothly
- Collect clients’ feedback and report to line manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of client advisor or sales related working experience
- Excellent present skills before camera
- Passionate on sales, a collaborative team player
- Deep understanding of the luxury customers, their needs and expectations;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and achieve multi-task, proactive & problem solving abilities and high level of flexibility;
- Well organized and logical thinking
- Bachelor degree is a plus
