    Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Store Management: Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand. Sub-Job Family Description - Store Manager: Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.

    DRIVING SALES

    • - Supports team to achieves individual and team sales and clienteling targets
    • - Sees business opportunity and possible challenges to help initiate changes and improve the business - Drives the team to be daring by ensuring they cross sell and use selling technique to maximize opportunities
    • - Helps develop store strategies to expand store traffic & increase client network in partnership with direct Manager (Area Manager, Brand Manager, Regional Director…)

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE

    • - Helps team to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best in class service
    • - Drives the team to fully embrace a clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients
    • - Ensures the team collects meaningful client information for the CRM tool to help further engage with clients (campaigns, events, one to one appointment…)
    • - Works closely with Local CRM team
    • - Has the ability to network and help recruit new clients and VICs

    PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

    • - Engages and motivates their team to strive towards a common goal
    • - Help their team exceeds results by coaching, supporting, directing, and delegating - Shows flexibility to accept new ideas and initiatives
    • - Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people and situations maintaining own authenticity
    • - Expresses opinions clearly and in a constructive way
    • - Delegates tasks, accordingly, depending on the skills and areas of responsibilities of the team members, to support the team development, have more time to spend on the shop floor and support succession planning - Recruits, selects, develops team members

    MERCHANDISING

    • - Works closely with Local merchandising team by communicating and providing feedback
    • - Has continuous curiosity towards the world of fashion/art/culture world by keeping informed to further understand the Markets, Brand and collections - Helps the VM team by sharing key information on slow movers, best sellers

    STORE OPERATIONS

    • - Maintain the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirements
    • - Ensures key team members work closely with Local Store Operation
    • - Track record of building strong client portfolio
    • - Is perceived as a leader and is able to influence people
    • - Strategic and solution minded
    • - Track record of individual performance, delivering results beyond expectations
    • - A strong understanding of fashion, art and luxury
    • - Manages conflicts towards constructive resolution and is open to feedback
    • - Embraces the Brand and self- expression being mindful of brand aesthetic and vision
    • - Good level of English nice to have
