We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Engagement Assistant as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.
How you will contribute
IN-STORE EVENT PLANNING AND SUPPORT:
- Assist in in-store logistics execution, catering arrangement and planning of client events
- Provide on-site support for all in-store events to ensure smooth operation
- Support VIC client gifting allocation for stores and gifting ideas proposal
- Assist in gifting production management locally
- Handle invoicing and vendor management
DATA ANALYSIS & REPORT:
- Support the team in extracting client target lists and dispatching client lists
- Consolidate campaign results & achievements in template report format.
- Generate regular CRM Campaign results, collection launch and ad hoc report requests
- Prepare information for regular business meetings
- Consolidate market Intelligence and prepare competitor’s report
Who you are
- Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized with an attention to details
- Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferred
