Provides trends, positions the brand in various channels and proposes innovative strategies to advertise the product.

    About us

    Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique. Today it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d’art. The brand’s unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm, material developments, and today’s social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity. In 2021, Balenciaga’s 50th Couture collection—the House’s first since its founder retired in 1968 – reintroduces a standard of cutting-edge elegance.

    From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna designed both men’s and women’s collections as the Artistic Director.

    In July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga.

    We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Officer who will report to Digital Marketing Manager as part of our dynamic China team.

    Your opportunity

    You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing activities in China.

    How you will contribute

    • Support Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing China social plan, search strategy, and new initiatives.
    • Develop China Social Calendar for each owned social platform to in line with global launch schedule while also to align with local merchandise plan. Major focus on Weibo, WeChat, RED, and Douyin, but also to explore new and innovative platforms.
    • Consolidate all digital assets requests and follow up the delivery to market to ensure assets availability can meet the campaign timeline.
    • In charge of social listening report and monitor social comments and sentiment.
    • Support search brand zones content updates and data analysis
    • Initiate digital innovation projects and cross function collaboration.
    • Handle expenses and payment, admin and filing

    Who you are?

    • Prior experience in a multinational professional environment and have solid digital marketing experience.
    • Search planning and digital media buy negotiation experience is a plus.
    • Good at campaign execution.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Good creative sense on what works on social media.
    • Sound understanding and insight on digital dynamic in China market.
    • Proactive, enthusiastic, committed with a "can-do" attitude.
    • Bachelor degree, good analytical skill and team work spirit.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
