Your opportunity
The Retail Training Manager is responsible for adapting and managing all aspects of the training and development initiatives for retail staff at all levels primarily in SEAO region. The main objective is to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill sets, standards, and highly motivated and engaged in contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the company’s vision and values
How you will contribute
Analyse competency gaps, identify training needs and develop effective training programs meeting the business needs
Plan, deliver and coordinate all managerial, retail and product training programs in an effective and timely manner
Conduct post training evaluation to ensure effectiveness, applicability, and continuous improvement of training programs
Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control
Onboard the retail staff, office staff and business partner with professionalism and practical knowledge
Train-the-trainers in stores and design, develop in-store training tool kits
Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit report to retail team, share the findings with solutions and work with Retail/ Store Managers to follow up the results.
Drive NPS & CEE (mystery shopping) results via training initiatives
Work closely with the Global training Team implement all training programs locally
Who you are
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development and preferably have experience in retail/hospitality industry
Strong in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
Mature, confident, positive mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff
A self-starter with strong organization and influencing skills, able to work with limited guidance and resources
Possess a strong passion in fostering a learning culture and developing talents
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft PPT and Excel
Working Hours may vary depending on your involvement with the events
