We are currently looking for a Stock Associate, reporting to the Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Geneva.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Manages the goods received by the boutique, taking care of package unloading and the relative bar code scanning. Guarantees checking of the goods quantity and quality, and verifies the relative transport documents. Records the stock of the product received in the warehouse on the goods movement system (JDA / SAP and Automatic Receiving). Manages eventual mismatching and informs people in charge.</li><li>Guarantees that the goods in the warehouse are stored in good condition, tidy and positioned in an efficient manner, with the sellers being able to use the products and each individual item being immediately identifiable.</li><li>Monitors the warehouse space according to goods reception.</li><li>Samples every article received, identifies it and places it in the stock room.</li><li>Deals with packaging disposal.</li><li>Takes care of the in and out movements of the goods, within the requested times, preparing product exit towards the tailoring and dyeing departments and long-distance clients.</li><li>Organizes transfers between stores and “return to vendor”. Prepares the relative documents (e.g. Cites forms, proforma …).</li><li>Organizes general transfers, namely the exchange of goods between stores, defined by the Buying office, from which the candidate receives the relative file. Prepares the goods, checks their condition and the code before sending to the other stores.</li><li>Manages, in respect of the indications of the Inventory control office and his/her manager, the warehouse inventory (yearly, six-monthly, random), which he/she uses to verify that the product in the warehouse corresponds with that traced by the system and reports the result to the SM. Is involved in reducing the stock losses.</li><li>Prepares the merchandise re-tagging after prices changing.</li><li>Keeps track of all CITES items in store with the proper documentation attached and filed.</li><li>Carries out daily checks, using a dedicated report (JDA / SAP system), on the state of the sold material and the stock in the warehouse, and is responsible for topping up the product on the sales floor and sending any replenishment requests to the Merchandising office.</li><li>Interfaces with the Operations office, on indication of the Manager, to order packaging, and with external suppliers to order material such as stationery, toner or beverages, etc.</li><li>Provides for the products to repair after and before sale, following the policy and with the support of the available tools.</li><li>Manages, in collaboration with SM and ASM, the consignment procedure, identifying the goods in the store but not available.</li><li>Trains sellers in the use of the operation system (JDA/SAP) that is used to check the references in the boutiques and identify the stock products.</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Excellent organization skills, very independent and strategic thinking</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role</li><li>High attention to detail, ability to work in organized manner</li><li>Strong analytical – numerical sensitivity</li><li>Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong service orientation and customer loyalty</li><li>Very good handling of Excel and logistics systems </li><li>Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills</li><li>Availability, flexibility, client orientation, team spirit</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow. Stockroom supervision:<ul><li>Be responsible for physical organisation of the stockroom, ensuring that it is tidy, presentable and merchandise is stored in a clear and efficient way in accordance with Gucci directives and procedures</li><li>Actively be involved in improving storage and stock control systems and suggesting improvements in the overall layout and organisation of the stock rooms as they become apparent.</li><li>Supervise the flow of goods between stock rooms and the shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articles</li><li>Be responsible for organization and replenishment of all packaging, including; bags, garment covers, tissue paper and maintenance and care of wooden hangers.</li><li>Ensure all sort of shop floor consumables are kept stocked up by placing regular orders with the suppliers this includes stationary and client refreshments</li></ul>Inventory management:<ul><li>Receive all weekly deliveries into the store and checking that the stock matches the invoice.  Inform inventory control of any discrepancies.  Also inform the SM of any new stock arrivals.</li><li>Unpack all deliveries including store transfers putting stock into the correct locations ensuring all merchandise of safely stored and easily accessible in line with company procedures.</li><li>Process relevant paperwork and other administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure that replenishment is carried out where necessary and that stock levels are maintained according to client demand.</li><li>Ensure staff uniform is allocated aside for staff use</li><li>Liaise with Inventory control regarding deliveries, stock transfers, stock takes &amp; return to vendors (RTVs)</li><li>Open, track and close consignments in accordance with the Company’s consignment policy. </li><li>Manage Return to Vendor at the end of every season.  Ensure that all previous stock is returned to the warehouse as instructed by inventory control.</li><li>Prepare markdowns before each sale period, including; separating carry over items from markdown merchandise.</li><li>Carry out electronic maintenance of stock allocations, enter information regarding orders, transfers and adjustments.</li></ul>Stock takes:<ul><li>Carry out a full stock takes of all merchandise received in store periodically in addition to the ‘mini’ stock takes of each department.</li><li>Ensure that any discrepancies are found as a result of any of these stock takes, an investigation to how this occurred should be conducted.  Findings from the stock take and any investigation carried out must be presented to the store manager.</li></ul>Faulty stock and repairs:<ul><li>Identify any faulty stock immediately and ensure that it is not placed on the shop floor where possible.</li><li>Liaise with Italy and other relevant suppliers as well as completing and keeping a paper trail of the appropriate forms regarding faulty stock and repairs.  All repairs must be processed in accordance with the Company’s policy.</li><li>Responsible for managing Gucci service portal by keeping track of what is sent to repair centre and follow up on relative communications.</li></ul>Supporting to internal departments:<ul><li>Work with the sales teams in your own boutique and worldwide to ensure that client demands are met and optimum stock levels are maintained. </li><li>To read and understand weekly store report as produced by the merchandising team</li><li>Maintain constant communication with the Retail team at head office regarding stock management.</li><li>Support the visual merchandiser by making available and preparing stock for the boutique’s displays.</li><li>Liaise with the press department regarding stock they require</li></ul>Performance Indicators:<ul><li>Stock take results</li><li>Meeting with individual and group targets</li><li>An organized and well stocked stockroom and shop floor</li><li>Achieving shrinkage targets</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Planning and Organization</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Team work</li><li>Communication</li></ul>Skills and Experience Required:<ul><li>Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)</li><li>Excellent knowledge and practise in managing inventories with ability to reconcile stock counts to report data</li><li>Language skills would be advantageous, preferably English </li><li>Previous experience of a similar role where required to prioritize and multi-task various and competing demands</li><li>A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels.</li></ul>

Créée par Frédéric Boucheron en 1858, la Maison Boucheron s’est construite à travers quatre générations de descendants directs. Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

You will uphold visual and graphic brand standards across all projects and platform, making sure all of them are consistent with corporate identity.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Adaptation and implementation of digital and print BTL and POS collateral of the communication campaigns.</li><li>Managing and implementing graphics for Website, Social Media and related digital marketing tools.</li><li>Development of new brand tools to strengthen brand identity.</li><li>Development of CRM materials, client facing communication and tools related to marketing events.</li><li>Actively participate to content creation and manage production of print material from idea to final deliverables.</li></ul>KEY REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Previous experience in similar role is a plus.</li><li>Degree in graphic and web design.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
