    KERING EYEWEAR Brand Ambassador (Central and Southern regions)

    Kering Eyewear is the world leader in Luxury and Hi-End Eyewear (Frames & Sunglasses), developing a unique ‘ensemble’ of powerful brands. We design, develop, manufacture and market to customers and consumers, the most desirable frames and sunglasses in two fast growing segments: Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle. Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.

    We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador responsible for the Central and Southern regions, reporting to the Sales Manager, and becoming a member of Taiwan’s dynamic sales team. The role will start on 1st April 2026 at the earliest.

    How you will contribute

    Client Portfolio Coverage

    • Develop priorities and work plans based on sales objectives.
    • Ensure effective visit planning to achieve the required frequency of visits for each client.

    Client Relationship

    • Build strong working relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
    • Act as the company’s point of contact for client feedback and needs.

    Brand Performance

    • Ensure achievement of sales targets.
    • Manage both sell-in and sell-out activities.
    • Support the launch of each new collection release.
    • Guarantee brand penetration in stores.
    • Ensure adequate assortment and stock levels at points of sale.
    • Optimize and monitor product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.

    In-Store Management

    • Negotiate and communicate to increase brand visibility in-store, managing and optimizing brand presence.
    • Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and standards in stores.
    • Maintain brand image at retail according to company standards to protect brand equity.

    Training

    • Ensure implementation of training activities for trade partners regarding products, brand, and trade marketing.

    Reporting

    • Provide timely and accurate visit reports, collecting customer feedback on products and brands.
    • Analyze and report competitor activities (brands/products/visibility/events).
    • Analyze best and worst sellers (e.g., top-selling price points, colors, or styles).

    Who you are

    Requirements

    • University degree.
    • At least 2 years of on-site sales experience.
    • Experience in fashion/luxury, beauty, or FMCG industries; experience in the optical industry is a plus.
    • Experience in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Proficient in computer operations (Microsoft Office software).
    • Basic English communication skills.

    Ideal Candidate

    • At least 2 years of sales experience.
    • Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Ability to prepare reports and use appropriate communication methods.
    • Solid experience in planning, executing, and delivering sales strategies and expense management.
    • Strong business mindset and results-oriented attitude.
    • Good teamwork and communication skills.
    • Basic English proficiency and fluency in the local language.
