Your opportunity
Support the regional sample operations, ensuring a seamless, timely, and efficient process. Work closely with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams (Regional and Headquarter) to uphold operational excellence while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

How you will contribute
- Manage and execute the regional sample process, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate sample logistics for brand ambassadors and new releases, working with HQ and Logistics to place orders in SAP.
- Process Brand Ambassador sample returns.
- Support sample order management, working with local planning, logistics, and the HQ Samples Team.
- Collaborate with sales teams and event organizers to understand sample needs, track requests, and ensure materials are available and in optimal condition.
- Support quarterly sample recalls, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Attend on-site event logistics, facilitating smooth sample presentation and handling during commercial events.
- Analyze and report the annual sample gap based on inventory consolidation and reconciliation.
- Present quarterly key findings within sample management to the business.
- Maintain and analyze monthly samples-related KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide monthly updates to Senior Director of Customer Operations for NA.
- Annually manage and facilitate the Sample budget for HQ in alignment with commercial team.
- Update Sample management mapped process and procedure flows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct training sessions on sample policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer master data by maintaining up-to-date records.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B fashion or similar environment.
- Experience in sales support, logistics, or sample management preferred.
- Experience with SAP implementation and/or usage is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field preferred
- Advance level of Excel
- Dedicated self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a face paced environment
- Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
- Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics or Data Visualization a plus
