POMELLATO Area Manager Benelux

How you will contribute

• Elaborate commercial budget of the area

• Visit clients and scout the territory to identify new business opportunities, monitor distribution, and analyze competitors

• Manage and support the opening of new stores and contribute to the expansion of the network

• Analyze client data and assess potential for growth

• Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across the region

• Verify window displays, in-store materials, and product presentation; design and promote special window setups

• Collect and manage orders for new collections and forecast future orders

• Oversee post-sales activities in collaboration with the Customer Service team

• Manage product returns and ensure smooth operational flow

• Gather client needs for trade marketing materials and coordinate with the Trade Marketing team

• Propose and organize client events in collaboration with Trade Marketing

• Define, monitor, and be accountable for KPIs across the franchising and wholesale network

• Collaborate on day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals

Who you are

• Master’s degree in economics or a similar field

• Experience as Area Manager, gained in International Companies, and with a genuine passion for Luxury

• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel frequently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proactive, positive attitude with a confident and assertive personality

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
