Role Mission
Drive a culture of one-to-one clienteling in the stores (client portfolio management, outreaches, appointments). Define the one-to-one clienteling approach in stores, by setting the yearly and quarterly targets, by providing the right tools and frameworks, and by identifying areas of opportunities. Build a strong partnership with Retail Excellence, Retail Training and Retail teams, to influence the full retail hierarchy towards shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of the yearly and quarterly clienteling targets across all clienteling levers
- Define a simple set of frameworks, guidelines and tools driving clienteling target achievement in the stores; work with Retail teams to cascade effectively in the stores
- Identify needs for skillset upgrade in the stores; partner with Retail Training to develop training strategies, calendar, and briefs to support skillset upgrade in all stores; monitor the effectiveness of the training with the regions and develop corrective actions where needed
- Identify needs for tool updates; partner with Retail Excellence to prioritise on the roadmaps; contribute to the effective roll-out of the updates; drive the monitoring of their impact
- Set-up a monitoring approach with the regions to drive proactive and action-driven discussions, through an effective governance and actionable reports
- Utilise business insights to propose action plans and projects to accelerate the clienteling goal achievements
- Identify regional best practices and share with the rest of the regions
- Collaborate with the Kering group and other brands, identify with them opportunities from benchmarks and best practices from other brands
- Gather actionable feedback from the field through regular store visits with regions
- Foster collaborative ways of working with global stakeholders (Retail Excellence, Retail Training, Retail, Kering) and with Client Development regional teams
Key Skills & Competencies
Professional Skills
- Min 5-years of experience in a similar role, in luxury retail or retail
- Proven understanding of luxury clienteling and client development in a luxury retail environment.
- Recognised knowledge of clienteling tools
- Strong analytical capabilities
- PPT, Excel, Word
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable operational content.

- Capacity to navigate complex environments

- English mandatory; Italian is a plus
