    La tua opportunità

    La persona, riportando al Responsabile della Sezione Aerografo e Dilaccatura, entrerà a far parte della nostra Manifattura a Sesto Fiorentino (FI), apprendendo le tecniche di decorazione con Aerografo Manuale e Aerografo Robot.

    Come contribuirai:

    Aerografo Manuale

    • Utilizzo di apparecchi ad aria compressa per verniciatura a spruzzo;
    • Preparazione dei colori attraverso la macinazione e diluizione con acqua o olio;
    • Attrezzaggio della cabina con particolare attenzione al posizionamento dell’articolo da lavorare sul tornio e sugli altri supporti necessari;
    • Montaggio e smontaggio dell’apparecchiatura per la spruzzatura
    • Esecuzione di aerografature con graduale livello di difficoltà;
    • Controllo qualità cromatiche dei prodotti decorato e individuazione dei difetti.

    Aerografo Robot

    • Settaggio del robot;
    • Preparazione dei colori per il robot;
    • Controllo qualità cromatica del prodotto lavorato con relativi set-up di aggiornamento del robot

    Chi sei:

    • Hai preferibilmente un percorso formativo in campo artistico
    • Hai esperienza con apparecchi ad aria compressa per verniciatura
    • Hai comprovate capacità manualità e di precisione
    • Possiedi un'ottima attitudine all’osservazione e all’attenzione dei dettagli cromatici
    • Possiedi predisposizione ed interesse all’utilizzo di macchinari robot.
