· Conduct regular market research to identify client trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for engagement.
· Prepare insightful reports and summaries to inform strategic decisions and outreach planning.
2. In-Store Animations & Event Coordination
· Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative in-store activations and client experiences.
· Prepare and submit detailed pre-event briefs and post-event recap reports to measure impact and key learnings.
3. CRM Reporting & Store Support
· Consolidate and share reports from CRM HQ, tailoring insights per store to support clienteling strategies.
· Provide store teams with actionable data to help them achieve their CRM KPIs.
· Act as a liaison between HQ reporting and local teams to ensure clarity and alignment on CRM priorities.
4. Budget & Administrative Support
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget sheets for department activities and events.
· Monitor expenses and ensure all initiatives remain within the allocated budget.
· Coordinate with relevant departments for timely processing of invoices and reimbursements.
5. Client Travel & Experience Planning
· Organize client travel logistics including hotel bookings, transfers, and itinerary planning.
· Curate bespoke experiences and agendas tailored to client preferences and brand values.
· Act as a key point of contact for coordinating all logistical aspects of client-facing events or travel.
