As a Gucci Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer centric attitude.You will lead from the selling floor, delivering real time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team. The Team Manager will represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the Gucci Values and Amplifiers of the brand within the marketplace.Key AccountabilitiesTeam <ul><li>Working on the selling floor, you will be in constant contact with your team, supporting and coaching where needed, ensuring a consistent client experience;</li><li>Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of engagement is high;</li><li>Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift;</li><li>Lead morning briefings as and when required, delivering key business communication and daily objectives;</li><li>Develop and lead cross category focus, ensuring your and specific category requests to grow the business;</li><li>Provide insights to Store Director and Visual Merchandising team to maximize the category potential while ensuring the image and merchandising guidelines of the store are maintained;</li><li>Partner with the Store Director and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training, while ensuring their awareness of market trends and competitors;</li><li>Utilize digital platforms to support store and online product sales.</li></ul>Operations <ul><li>Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and other cross functional departments while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures;</li><li>Provide accurate monthly schedules, and leadership zoning, by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage;</li><li>Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the WW headquarters;</li><li>Maintain full organization of company assets in the back of house and front of house per the worldwide stock guidelines;</li></ul><ul><li>Daily maintenance of the consignment program to ensure compliance and adherence to company policy and procedures;</li><li>Responsible for tracking all special orders through merchandising communication;</li><li>Weekly communication of bestseller needs through the Business Planning replenishment program.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry;</li><li>A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred;</li><li>Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business;</li><li>Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build RÔLE Intégré au sein de l’équipe Offline du département Image, vous contribuerez à la production créative imprimée et participez activement à la communication visuelle de la Maison. MISSIONS Créations graphiques en accord avec les briefs reçus. Préparation de concepts créatifs et assurer l’harmonisation des éléments tout au long du projet, de la préparation d’options, jusqu’au envoi des fichiers techniques pour production. Accompagner nos partenaires dans la mise en place des réalisations pour garantir la qualité des rendus : contrôle des BAT, suivi des maquettes, assister au calage chez nos imprimeurs, et établir des recommandations d’ajustements et d’améliorations. Soutien régulier au lancement worldwide des campagnes en outdoor, magazines, et in-stores : propositions des mises en page, suivi des déclinaisons sur les différents formats et assurer la cohérence de l’utilisation de nos textes et images. Veiller quotidiennement au strict respect des codes de l’identité visuelle de la Maison sur les multiples supports. Recherches iconographique et propositions de nouvelles pistes graphiques. PROFIL Avoir une formation en Graphisme ainsi qu’une expertise solide en conception graphique imprimée est indispensable. Une expérience professionnelle de 4 à 5 minimum dans un poste similaire (luxe ou apparenté) au sein d’une agence ou d’un annonceur est demandée. Être force de proposition créative et avoir la capacité à suivre plusieurs projets en simultané dans un contexte international exigeant. Faire preuve d’une très grande rigueur avec un sens poussé du détail, et avoir une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe. Avoir une maîtrise parfaite des logiciels de graphisme (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), maitrise également souhaitée sur les logiciels de retouche photo. Français et anglais courants. The Accountant is responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit control, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the Hong Kong operation. The role ensures accurate financial records, effective credit risk management, timely cash collection, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. The position works closely with Commercial and Sales Support teams and Finance stakeholders to support business operations.How You Will Contribute?1. Credit Check &amp; Approval<ul><li>Perform new customer account setup, including verification of customer background check from international credit portal.</li><li>Maintain and update customer master data, credit limits, and GL mappings in SAP (FD01, FD32).</li><li>Prepare and submit Internal Credit Limit (ICL) applications, including templates and supporting Annex documentation.</li><li>Conduct daily routine credit checks and support ongoing credit risk monitoring.</li><li>Perform annual credit reviews in collaboration with the Commercial team, ensuring updated credit limits and payment terms are approved within group timelines. Regional TailorYour opportunityWe are currently seeking a Regional Tailor who will report to the Retail Director and will be based out of our Madison Avenue store in New York City when not traveling. The Regional Tailor will travel in support of all retail and franchising stores in the region for their VIP Home Service, seasonal trunk shows, and events.
