Kering for Women

At Kering, we are convinced that diversity is a valuable resource. The Group is particularly committed to gender equality and to the development of talented women in all its entities and at all levels of the organization.

Since 2008, Kering Foundation has been combating gender-based violence experienced by 1 in 3 women worldwide and 1 in 5 children in Europe. Its mission: to contribute to ending such violence, which can be passed down through generations, by resourcing specialist organizations, engaging Kering and its ecosystem, and influencing others.

Launched in 2015 by Kering, in partnership with the Festival de Cannes, the Women In Motion program shines a light on women in cinema. Guided by an ambition to shift perspectives, this year sees Women In Motion celebrate 10 years of commitment and initiatives to champion gender equality in arts and culture.
