Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, helping management make informed business decisions. This is a mid-level position, ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in finance and accounting who are looking to grow into a senior role.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insights on financial performance.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with clear commentary.
Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Conduct the month-end closing process in collaboration with accounting.
Assist in preparing presentations for management and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Work on ad hoc projects and take initiative to improve processes, efficiency, and bottom-line performance.
Manage relationships with banks, external partners, and third-party suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, modeling) and PowerPoint; ERP/BI systems experience is a plus.
Accounting background or professional certification (e.g., CMA, ACCA, CPA,CFA) is an advantage.
